Affirm! McDougall invites you, your family and friends to join us in the Pride Parade on June 13.
The TD Canada Trust Pride Parade is our opportunity to show solidarity with our GLBT (gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and trans-identified) sisters and brothers.
The TD Canada Trust Pride Parade starts at 2 p.m. on Jasper Avenue and 108 Street, travels east along Jasper Avenue to 99 Street, turns north onto Churchill square.
Affirm! McDougall members will wear green, the colour of hope. Can=t join us on our march? Then come, and cheer us on! Along with other churches, we will be walking in the light of God under the Affirm! McDougall flag.

As part of our ongoing partnership with McCauleySchool, our congregation has been asked to again assist with the annual Grad Night. On June 25 this year's grads will be honored with a special ceremony and dinner, to which immediate family are invited. Not all families are able to afford the $25 per person cost of the dinner. Members of the congregation who would like to make a financial contribution, so that the more needy students can have their families attend. You can include any donations in your offering envelope. There are also special envelopes are available on the Welcome Table at the back of the sanctuary. Your generosity is much appreciated, as the grad night is a major event in the lives of these young students, and a way of acknowledging their achievements and encouraging their future studies.
